Refund shall only be granted due to defective merchandise. Poor quality images submitted by customer are not considered defective toward accountability to mmcprints.com and or merlinmailcenter. Merlin Mail Center and or mmcprint.com do not hold responsibility to damages of merchandise due to shipping/shipping carriers. Merchandise damage through shipping/shipping carriers will be eligible for exchange if deemed reasonable by Merlin Mail Center and or mmcprints.com. We are not held responsibility for damages by shipping/shipping carriers or loss/stolen product
Exchange policy:
Only items damaged through shipping/shipping carriers are eligible for product exchange. Damages to product by shipping/shipping carriers are not guaranteed an exchange and will be subject to review of damage product. If Merlin Mail Center and or mmcprint.com deemed product is damaged by shipping/shipping carriers product/customer will be issued an exchange for same product/same image/same size of product. Exchange does not grant refund of currency exchange only grand refund of identical product. We do not hold responsibility of damages by shipping/shipping carriers or loss/stolen product
Print Quality Policy:
Images submitted by customer are submitted as is and print/finish quality will be final. Merlin Mail Center/andormmcprint.com do not hold responsibility of poor quality images submitted by customer. Customer must acknowledge any images submitted to mmcprint.com and or Merlin Mail Center LLC that are smaller and or less than 300 PPI and or smaller/less than 40 megapixels could result in poor quality/blurry product. Mmcprints.com touch up future does not result in higher quality images due to blurry/poor quality submitted image.
